Can I return goods to you?

If you have changed your
mind within 7 days of receiving the goods, inform us in writing by
letter, fax or e-mail; pn receipt of your instruction we will
contact you to advise of the address the goods should be returned
to. A a full refund will be issues on receipt of the goods in
a saleable condition.
If the items are faulty, or
we have sent an incorrect item or the goods are not as described
please call us immediately and we will resolve the situation.
If you want to return goods
to us after the 7 days cooling off period and within 30 days of
despatch of the goods, a re-stocking charge of 15% will be made
(unless the items are faulty, etc. as above).
