Can I return goods to you?

A.

If you have changed your mind within 7 days of receiving the goods, inform us in writing by letter, fax or e-mail; pn receipt of your instruction we will contact you to advise of the address the goods should be returned to.  A a full refund will be issues on receipt of the goods in a saleable condition.

If the items are faulty, or we have sent an incorrect item or the goods are not as described please call us immediately and we will resolve the situation.

If you want to return goods to us after the 7 days cooling off period and within 30 days of despatch of the goods, a re-stocking charge of 15% will be made (unless the items are faulty, etc. as above).

How can I return goods?

A.

Contact us as soon as possible to advise us of the return of your goods.  A member of staff will inform you of the procedure.

How will my order be sent to me?

A.

By courier or first class recorded mail.  A signature will be required on delivery so please ensure you give the correct delivery address and a phone number in case our carrier cannot find you.

How long will it take to receive my order?

A.

We do our best to despatch your items within 3 working days.  However there are occasionally forces beyond our control which may delay your delivery, we make every effort to keep you informed on the progress of your order.

What does Relics do with my personal information?

A.

We will not pass your details on to any third party with the exception of your name, address and phone number to our carrier for delivery purposes.
