UK Customers
We give all our UK customer FREE UK DELIVERY.
Reason being is quite simply because we want to be as transparency as possible in terms of our prices. Unlike some taps e-commerce websites we don’t show low prices with hidden costs such as delivery charge and VAT charges. Here at Taps Shop that price you see is the price you way.
It may be different at Taps Shop because the price you see is the price you pay because we know that some bathroom web stores lure you into their site by you thinking they offer cheap prices and then you add something to cart and go to their checkout and then you get a nasty surprise when you see their delivery charges and then the VAT added on both the delivery and on your tap, its just not justifiable. And the disappointing part is that you’ve spent probably over quarter of an hour on their site, which has been a complete waste of time because the final price is just too much.
So when you shop at Taps Shop when you see a price, this same price will be added to your basket, will the same when you go to check out and will be the same price you pay. No nasty hidden costs when you shop at Taps Shop.
When you place an order with Taps Shop your taps whether it’s a kitchen tap or a bathroom tap or anything else for that matter they are sent within 24 hours of your placing your order but we will do our best to make sure that they are processed the same working day if you make your order before 2pm, Monday to Friday. We will only ever send out goods to your registered card or PayPal address.
All our orders are sent by a reputable courier and will require a signature upon delivery of the item. They usually take 24 hours to deliver the item but if no one is available to sign, they will leave a card with instructions on how you can obtain your item either via you picking the item from a local depot or to re-arrange a delivery.
If for whatever reason beyond our control we think that your order may take longer than the 24-hour despatch time, we will email or call you to notify you of this.
We process all orders daily and on busy periods we process orders seven days a week to make sure that your taps are still being dispatched to make sure your project doesn’t come to a halt.

So you live outside the UK but still want to shop at Taps Shop, well you can still benefit from our huge selection of taps whether it’s a kitchen tap or bathroom taps because we unlike other retailers do ship worldwide.
If you want to buy a tap from us then please email our customer service email and notify them of where in the World you are and what you would like to buy. They will then work out the weight of the item and will work out how much it will cost to send it to you abroad.
Our delivery charge for customers outside the UK starts from £20 and any tax or custom fee is your responsibility.
