How long will delivery take?
If you order your taps regardless if they are modern kitchen taps, traditional bath taps, showers or even bathroom accessories before 1pm with Taps Shop, we will try our best to dispatch all orders on the same working day. But at Taps Shop we process orders on a first come first basis so if we are experiencing a busy day we may not be able to dispatch all orders on that working day but we will then prioritise your order the following working day. If you really want to have your order be processed and dispatched that same working day be sure to email our customer service desk or even give us a call if you really are in a rush, but we cant guarantee that your order will be sent the same day though.
Our working day to dispatch your taps order is Monday to Friday 9am till 4pm. But during busy periods we will dispatch orders 7 days a week round the clock to make sure we don’t end up with a back log of anyone taps orders because we know that frustration of waiting for vital supplies such as finishing touches like taps and showers on any project especially if you have a partner really pushing you to the limits that they want to see a complete bathroom or kitchen as soon as possible. Plus we all like to see a project finish on time, in budget regardless of your situation as we have been in the same situation as you probably.
After the dispatch date we at Taps Shop have witnessed that 90% of our customer’s taps orders are delivered the next working day. If you do not receive your taps the next working day do not be alarmed as they may be delivered within 2-3 working days, this is instructed to us by our courier firm who handles the transport from our distribution warehouse to your home. For orders on bigger items such as towel radiators or on taps we don’t have currently in stock delivery may take longer than the usually 1-3 working days given but we will notify you on before hand via a phone call or an email.
If you order your tap for example on Friday 8pm then you will have missed our deadline for same day dispatch and we will then process your order on Monday morning so you will (fingers crossed) receive your order on Tuesday. If your order does not arrive within the 5 working days be sure to ring our customer service desk so they can track your order.
At any stage during you ordering taps from Taps Shop you feel you want to know the stages of your order please e-mail our customer service desk and they will notify you of your order.
