Returns Policy


Taps Shop offers a no quibbles returns policy. You will be glad to know that all our items come with a Free 5 Years Manufactures Guarantee, just another reason to be buying your kitchen taps and baths taps from Taps Shop.

We will provide you a full refund minus a 20% re-stocking fee or the orignal cost in sending your item out (we will seek the cheapest cost)* for items returned to us within 7 days, provided they are scratch free, still have the original packaging and you have contacted us before hand so we are aware of you returning and also we can confirm the return address.

Please note that if you write our Return’s Address all over the products packaging then the product is no longer in resalable condition, so do use wrapping paper to ensure that we can give you your full refund back if not we may have to minus the packaging costs, we don’t want to but it needs to be paid for.

We also advise you to use a reputable carrier and use a service that requires a proof of signature once it is delivered to us, for your insurance and compensation purposes.


If you send the item back and we don’t receive them, it is your duty to chase up your courier as to where the parcel is and not Taps Shop.


Manufacturing Fault Policy


In the event of any items occurring a manufactures fault then we at Taps Shop will try our best to send a replacement within 4 working days. We will pay for any postage cost to any UK Mainland address. If we have run out of stock and therefore need to reorder your item we ill email or call you to let you know that it may take longer than the allocated time frame.


However we cannot be held liable for any 3rd party costs such as plumbing installations or damage to the item or other goods and surroundings. All returns are tested upon receiving to make sure they are a manufacture fault. If they are no deemed to be then only that item value will be refunded and we will charge for the delivery cost when we first sent the item out to you.


Any repair work carried out by you on any items will void your guarantee and Taps Shop will not cover costs resulted in action taken by you to repair the item and will not provide a refund.

In the first instance when you want to return due to the above two reasons please email or call our customer service desk, and one of our team members will talk you through the appropriate steps in how to return the item back to us. Following this method will result in a smooth transaction between you and Taps Shop and it will be a stress free transaction, leaving everyone to be happy and fingers crossed wanting you to buy your next tap again from Taps Shop.
